I am still in the midst of enhancing my cooking skill. Though, Pat is always so encouraging by telling me, "it tastesssss so good!" .... LOL! ...
I've my second try for these 2 dishes ....
Figure 1: Sweet & Sour Fish ....
This is really Yummy .... Cooked with LIFE Sweet & Sour sauce. The first try was not so tasty. The sauce was a little too watery .... So this time, the sauce taste better... not too watery, and it's a real sweet & sour taste.... hehe ! =P ...too much cucumber, i know... =P 
Figure 2: Fried Rice.....
Remember the Tasteless fried rice, I posted earlier? Now, my fried rice taste better, and I added dried little prawn given by my in-law.... =) .... hehe! .... Pat said, "taste better !" ...He sounds like the previous one was really BAD! ... Pity him ...
