It's been really a while since patresa's last entry. How's life everyone?!... Patresa is still very busy with life. As time goes by, we have very limited time to update this space. What's up with us on this Season Five?
- Teresa turn to 25 years old on 7th June !
- Little Lucas turn to 7 months old on 10th June ... !
- Patresa 13th month anniversary on 10th June !
- World Cup Fever gathering + Housewarming with friends on 18th June !
- Little Lucas fall sick to fever for the very first time on 26th June !
- oh! .... We watched Karate Kids on this season .... Very nice movie... "Everything you do is Kung Fu" ! =)
- Had Italiannies !!! .... YummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmY....

I came across another article again, on the subject - forgive and forget. And I thought, I would very much agree to the writer. The source is from psychology today...

The Content of the first paragraph as per below :-

Many people believe that forgiveness is necessary if we are to put the past behind us and move on. Twelve-step programs teach the philosophy that we should forgive others because they, like us, were doing the best they could at the time. Many religions teach that forgiveness is the only fair and compassionate thing to do, since we have all sinned and we have all hurt others. Many psychotherapists also believe that forgiveness is necessary in order to heal. But as wise as spiritual leaders and therapists are concerning the importance of forgiveness, sometimes forgiveness is not possible. Unfortunately, we have not been given permission to choose not to forgive. It is my belief that forgiveness is not necessary for healing, and in some cases may not be the healthiest thing to do. This is especially true when forgiving is tantamount to giving permission to hurt you again.

I'd like to hear your thoughts and feelings on this sometimes touchy subject. Do you think it is always possible to forgive? ........ and giving another permission to hurt you once again....

I have came across this article and found it really good to share with patresa's reader. We personally did not practise this - The 5 Things You Should Never Say to Your Spouse ... I thought I should have agree with this article and start to change on what not to say to my husband ... =), Sorry husband, I should have not say this 5 things.... And I promise will not say it ever again .... ;)

The 5 Things You Should Never Say to Your Spouse
1. It's your fault!
2. I told you so!
3. Saying "I am upset with you about this or that . . . ." in a public setting
4. Why do you always . . .
5. Ask for your spouse's opinion and then do the opposite.

I supposed I do need a change after I did a checklist. =)

Dear husband,

Fast forward, it's more than a year we have been living together as a married couple.
As I look back on all that's happened..growing up, growing together, changing you, changing me, there were times when we dreamed together, when we laughed and cried together. As I look back on those days, I realize how much I truly miss you and how much I truly love you. The past may be gone forever..and whatever the future holds, our todays make the memories of tomorrow. So, my lifetime husband, it is with all my heart that I send you my love, hoping that you'll always carry my smile with you, for all we have meant to each other and for whatever the future may hold. =)

I love you in every coming seasons. Patresa route will be getting more interesting and happier in each passing days. Let's welcome another season - Season Five by putting a smile on our face. =)

I apologize for spending much little time with you beginning from this season comparing the past seasons as I will be more focus on the thing I should be focusing on. =) .... Nevertheless, I will never neglect you and our little creature - TAN LUCAS !!! ....

We gonna meet up with lucas very soooooooooooon again ! ... -The Happy Little Family- that we have always been looking forward to every weekend !!! ... =)
