Season two: Know what you EAT (Part 1)

I know many people are dining out most of the time because it's convenient! The easiest access to food. I used to be one of them when I was young - I mean, when I was in Uni...Heck, Am still YOUNG now !!Athough I'm started to get aging at this age...=( I've no idea what was I eating back then .... - as in the nutrient of the food, not even have the interest to care what kind of food, so long it's edible, tasty, and to ensure my stomach is not starving. Enough reasons to encourage myself to dine out,ain't?

However, as time goes by, and I am growing older as in started aging...***sad sad =(... and especially when I am building a family, I totally need to change my eating habit!. I need to know what are the food I consumed and the nutrients it contains. I don't mean every single day...sometimes I do dine out. =) ... I just doing my best whenever I can... I gave myself thousand of reasons to encourage to dine at home, and putting an effort to make it regularly.

Reasons reasons reasons......
1) Say Good Bye to CONSTIPATION .... Patresa pass motion every single day in the morning ! ... LOL

2) Say Good Bye to dull dull skin .... Skin care is only help for skin surface, galsssss... Remember, watch what you eat, and you will have smooth & glowing skin ...=P

3) Say No to AGING!!! ... Both patresa's mum took a lot of veges and fruits in their dietary...Proven, it's good for aging!!! ... The always pretty pretty mummy in their *heart.

4) Healthy kid comes from healthy family ... For the benefit of my little prince

5) Cost Savings ... Big organization is saving cost,so do the small tiny one.. The little family!
