Season two: Know what you EAT (Part 3 - Cod Fish)

Yups, Fish is definitely good for health, with NO doubt at all ! We had a few cod fish for the past week and I cooked it in different way. =)

My variety taste of cod fish =P

1) Normal steam cod fish

Figure 1: Simple steam with garlic, ginger, soy sauce + Parsley leaves... =)

2) Teo Chew Steam Cod Fish




Figure 2 & 3: Teo chew steam - tomatoes, sour plum, red chilli, mushroom, + Parsley leaves. Teresa like this the most cos it tast little bit of sour and spicy. =)

3) Herbal steam Cod Fish

Figure 4: Herbal Steam - wolfberry fruits aka "kei chi" in canton, tong guai, + Parsley leave. Pat like this the most ! coz he likes herbal ...

All in all, Patresa loves cod fish ! ... It's really tasty and good! ...
